The Top Six in Self Help

The typical scene on our desks here at Nested Naturals is this: An open laptop, a bottle of water, a couple snacks and whatever self-help book we’re working through that week. Self help books get a bad rap and often appear as the punchline of a joke in the movies- but the truth is there is so much to learn from them, and incredibly wise people behind the ideas inside them. We’ve rounded six self help gurus and their best quotes on success, mindfulness and happiness.
