One Scoop of MCT Oil Powder is All You Need

  • Stimulate Metabolism

MCT oils are a super food for supporting a healthy metabolism.1 When consumed with a healthy, balanced diet, the chemical structure of MCT Oils encourages your body to digest it quickly, sending them straight to the liver for burning.2,3 Rather than getting stored as fat, MCT oils turn into fuel.

  • Boost Brain Function

When the liver burns MCT oils, ketones are produced, which are used as fuel by the brain.4 Better fuel gives our brains the food it needs to think clearly.5

  • Support Gut Health

MCT oil has been shown to help improve digestion and promote the health of the digestive tract, which encourages proper nutrient absorption8,9 Regular consumption of healthy fats makes it easier for your body to absorb fat-soluble nutrients. The Acacia fiber in our MCT Oil Powder is a prebiotic that feeds the good bacteria in your gut.6,7 It’s also a soluble fiber which helps keep things moving.

  • Gain Energy

More efficient fat-burning gives your body more energy. It’s pretty simple.

Boost Energy, Brain Function and Gut Health with Our Ketogenic Blend

Concentrated C8 and C10 MCT oil sourced from coconut oil and with 100% acacia fiber

We don’t have anything against olive oil—it makes a great vinaigrette, but we’re super stoked about a class of oils that don’t show up very much in the typical Western diet: Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT). Research is showing that these fatty acids are fantastically good for us. They have a unique chemical structure that seems to support metabolism and produce ketones, which provide healthy energy and fuel for the brain.1-5

MCT fatty acids can have anywhere between six to twelve carbons in their chemical structure, but the magic number is eight, not just because it was Cal Ripken, Jr.’s number. Eight carbons (C8) in the fatty acid chemical chain is the goldilocks size, it’s neither too big nor too small. Our body can digest it easily and quickly turn it into fuel, instead of storing it as fat.2,3 If C8 is the top dog of medium-chain fatty acids, C10 comes in at a close second.

We developed MCT Oil Powder because we wanted an easy way to get a concentrated dose of these beneficial MCT fatty acids into our bodies every day. Our MCT Oil powder is sourced entirely from coconut oil. The blend is two-thirds C8 MCT fatty acids and one-third C10.

MCT oils in their raw form can be a pain to stir into smoothies and they aren’t very portable. That’s why we made our MCT Oil into a powder by binding it to Acacia fiber, a 100% naturally sourced prebiotic which research is showing to offer a whole host of benefits to the gut.6,7

Our ingredient list is short and allergy-friendly by design. Unlike competitive products, you won’t find corn, dairy or artificial fillers such as maltodextrin in our MCT Oil Powder. We source the medium chain fatty acids 100% from coconut oil rather than palm oil.

Nested Naturals MCT Oil Powder is food-based and sustainably sourced to give you clean, green and concentrated brain food. One scoop in our breakfast smoothie helps support a healthy morning meal with the energy and brainpower we need to do great things.

If you are a smoothie fan like us, be sure to check out our Super Greens powder. It’s a great complement to MCT Oil Powder.

The ingredients inside MCT Oil Powder

  • Dissolves Easily Into Your Morning Coffee

Add up to one scoop of MCT Oil Powder into your piping hot cup of coffee, stir for 15 seconds and enjoy a great tasting ketogenic coffee.

  • Paired with Acacia Fiber

To convert MCT Oil into a powder, you have to spray it onto something. The industry go-to is maltodextrin, which is a synthetic additive that has been called a “metabolism death food.” Scary, right? We found a much better option with fiber that is sourced naturally from the sap of the noble Acacia tree. Research shows that Acacia fiber is a fantastic prebiotic which can help balance the microbiome in the gut.6,7 As importantly, acacia is high in fiber, but low on intestinal bloat -- studies show it’s easily tolerated6 by the great majority of people.

  • Environmentally Sustainable

We source our MCT Oil from coconut oil - it's great stuff. We’ve heard too many disturbing stories about deforestation and orangutan deaths resulting from standard palm oil production. That’s why we made it a priority to find a coconut oil source over a palm oil source.

  • Convenient, Smoothie-Ready Powder

MCT oil in its raw state is pretty messy and inconvenient for on-the-go use. We knew that if we were going to take MCT Oil regularly (and we want to!), we need it as a powder that’s easy to scoop and mix into a smoothie or baked goods.
