Because it’s so gobsmackingly good at nourishing and balancing the nervous system, rhodiola is the foundation of our Herbal Lift formula. To this we add oatstraw which is rich in vitamin B, calcium, and magnesium, which have been shown to further help soothe and strengthen the nervous system, particularly in times of stress. 4
