Nested Naturals uses multiple carriers to ship our high quality, nutritional products across North America. The choice of carrier service depends on a variety of factors unique to your order. These factors include, but are not limited to: destination, package size, value of package contents, and promised delivery time. We are flexible with our selection of shipping carriers to ensure prompt, safe delivery of our products.
Shipping Time and Rates
We offer different shipping options that have varying costs and time frames:
- Standard US Shipping:
Standard Shipping is the default shipping method (5-7 business days) for Domestic orders
- Expedited US Shipping:
US Orders will leave the warehouse within one business day and will be shipped via Fedex 2-day delivery*
*Please note that 2-day shipping does not include weekends and holidays.
- Canadian Shipping:
All orders will be shipped with standard delivery and will leave our warehouse within two business days after your order is placed. Delivery time depends on local carrier and can take up to 2-3 weeks.
Upon purchase, you will be asked to select from one of the shipping options above. Please note that a business day refers to any day Monday through Friday. To maximize delivery speed, please place orders in the morning when possible.
Tracking
Instructions for tracking your purchase will be sent to you by email or sms after you make your purchase. Please follow them closely and watch as your healthy living products approach your doorstep!

Refunds
All Nested Naturals supplements are backed by our 100% Life-Time Satisfaction Guarantee.
1. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will offer you a full refund or store credit for the value of the item within 30 days of delivery.
2. If you received the wrong product, or did not receive your package, we will offer you store credit or a replacement for the full value of the items affected within 30 days of delivery/delivery notification.
3. Please email Customer Support at support@nestednaturals.com to notify us of your intent to receive a refund or store credit for your item.
4. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
*Note - Frequent requests for refunds or store credit by an individual will be monitored, and abuse of this policy will not be tolerated.
Product Returns
For refunds on orders with 4 or more of the same supplement we kindly request that you return the unopened bottles. In this case we will refund you the price of one bottle + the number of unopened bottles returned, along with the original shipping cost.
