These factors include, but are not limited to: destination, package size, value of package contents, and promised delivery time. We are flexible with our selection of shipping carriers to ensure prompt, safe delivery of our products.
Shipping Time and Rates
We offer different shipping options that have varying costs and time frames:
- Standard Shipping:
COVID-19 Update: Orders will typically take 2-5 business days to the US Continental 48 states; however, occasionally there may be delays with the US Postal Service (USPS) particularly during the busy holiday season. Orders will leave our Californian warehouse within two business days after your order is placed.
- Expedited Shipping:
COVID-19 Update: Due to delays with the US Postal Service (USPS), orders may take up to 12 business days (to the continental 48 states). Orders will leave our warehouse within two business days after your order is placed.
COVID-19 Update: Due to delays with the US Postal Service, Customs and Local Postal Services, orders for orders outside the USA will may take up to 3-4 weeks.
All orders will be shipped with standard delivery and will leave our warehouse within two business days after your order is placed. Delivery time depends on local carrier. Additional customs duties and taxes may be charged by the carrier.
Upon purchase, you will be asked to select from one of the shipping options above. Please note that a business day refers to any day Monday through Friday. To maximize delivery speed, please place orders in the morning when possible.
Instructions for tracking your purchase will be sent to you by email or sms after you make your purchase. Please follow them closely and watch as your healthy living products approach your doorstep!

Refund requests are processed within 2 business days and all refunds will be processed in the same currency and payment type of the original purchase. Depending on the bank/credit card company, most refunds will appear on your statement within 14 days after the refund request was received.
For refunds on orders with 4 or more of the same supplement we kindly request that you return the unopened bottles. In this case we will refund you the price of one bottle + the number of unopened bottles returned, along with the original shipping cost.
