Green Summer Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 scoop of Super Greens

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.

Super Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1.5 tbsp chia seeds (necessary for thickening)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup regular, rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of Super Greens

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mash the banana and combine chia seeds, almond milk, and Super Greens powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in oats until combined.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight. Give it a good stir in the morning and then enjoy. You can add desired toppings as such maple syrup, coconut flakes, dates, etc.

Superfood Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of Super Greens
  • 1 tsp moringa powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3/4 cup of coconut chips

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
  2. Add the coconut chips to the mixture 
  3. Empty the mixture into popsicle molds
  4. Leave in the freezer for 1-1 1/2 hours and enjoy when ready

Superfood Green Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 15 large medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 1/3 cups raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 scoop of Super Greens
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

  1. Start by soaking the pitted dates in warm water for 5 minutes and then drain. 
  2. In a food processor or blender, pulse the oats and cashews until they have a sandy texture.
  3. Add the dates, coconut oil, Super Greens and ginger, and blend until the ingredients are well mixed and have formed a sticky dough. 
  4. Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
  5. Melt your dark chocolate chips in the microwave, then drizzle over the energy balls. *Pro-tip: add 1/2 tsp of coconut oil to help your melted chocolate drizzle better!
  6. Place in the fridge for an hour to set, then enjoy!

Herby Super Greens Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 3 handfuls of mixed greens
  • 1/3 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 scoop of Super Greens
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
